24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. We are fully aware that sometimes life can be unpredictable and short term cancellations are necessary however it is difficult to refill cancellation in less than 24 hours after holding time slots for a particular service and for a period of time. Some of our stylists are fully booked for weeks or days and cancellations are not just inconvenient to the stylist and loss of business but also other clients waiting for appointments, this is why we have a 24 hour cancellation policy to keep the system fair. Isolated cases are totally acceptable and fully understandable sometimes, however continous short term cancellations will result in us no longer able to give pre bookings to the client UNLESS THEY ARE WILLING TO PREPAY THEIR SERVICE at the time of booking.
